The Customer is required to verify the correctness of products received under his order at the time of delivery.

After this time, and except for hidden defects, no claim will be accepted by ON PARLE DE VOUS. The Products are then considered correct.

The returns cash on delivery (COD) are not accepted.
If the Customer does not receive an email following his/her Order/Returns, the Customer must contact ON PARLE DE VOUS customer service at the following number: +33(0)1 42 21 96 62 (Tuesday through Friday, from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm) or by email via the contact form located on the contact page of the website. In case of abnormal or abusive claims, ON PARLE DE VOUS may refuse to serve later orders. Any non-compliant return (not containing the return slip) shall be rejected and ON PARLE DE VOUS will be released from any liability.
The customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order to return the Products ordered, with no explanation or penalty.
For returns under the right of withdrawal, the procedure below must be fully respected:
